Delivery; The Felt Fairy online shop only accepts orders for delivery within the UK. For all other destinations please e-mail the details of your order to mail@thefeltfairy.co.uk
Delivery on UK orders is charged at a flat rate of £3.00 per order - no matter how big or small.
Goods are posted via Royal mail, 1st class, signed for delivery, the first working day after receipt of order.
Payment; Payment is made via PayPal where all major credit/debit cards are securely accepted.
Returns; If you are unhappy with your Felt Fairy purchases, they can be returned - intact/as sold - for a product refund. Your goods must be returned within 14 days of ordering. Postage costs will not be refunded. Please e-mail before returning any parcels for correct address.
