Ordering Information.

The Felt Fairy online shop only accepts orders for delivery

within the UK. For all other destinations please e-mail for

details.

Payment is only accepted in £ sterling. All major credit/debit

cards are securely accepted via Paypal.

Delivery costs are as follows and will be added to your order

upon checkout.  

Goods are posted via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery

the first working day after receipt of order.

Returns. If you are unhappy with your Felt Fairy goods they can be

returned – intact, as sold – for a product refund within 10 days of

ordering. Return and original postage costs will not be refunded.
